While other parts of the country are looking forward to the fall, we at PetitePuf are still enjoying the last days of summer with patio dinners, weekend getaways, romantic sunsets, picnics on the beach, high waisted bikini’s (don’t forget the sunscreen!) August magazines, and oversized sunnies!

We have also been busy in our PetitePuf kitchen making and baking up a storm for last minute dinner parties (one never wants to show up empty-handed!) and couldn’t be more excited to share our PetitePuf Kitchen Series – a collection of recipes with a new twist on making and baking using our PetitePuf sugars and ingredients.

We start our PetitePuf Kitchen Series with a classic summer cocktail that has been an essential to our summer bar menu recently… the Blueberry Mojito! These delightfully refreshing and simple drinks are made with PetitePuf Organic Blueberry Cane Sugar for the perfect measure of sweet. Garnish with extra mint and a few blueberries for extra delight!

What you’ll need: 1 1/2 oz White rum, 6 leaves of Mint, Soda Water, 1 oz Fresh lime juice, 2 teaspoons of PetitePuf Organic Blueberry Cane Sugar.

Step 1: Add ice, rum and fresh lime juice.
Step 2: Add 6 leaves of mint.
Step 3: Add PetitePuf Organic Blueberry Cane Sugar and lightly stir.
Step 4: Add soda to fill.
Garnish with real blueberries.
